The new Fullerton flight center will be approximately 3,800 SF and will include a lobby, private offices, and a meeting room. The Maintenance Hangar will reclaim its full space of 2,500 SF. A new restroom and two offices will be added to the hangar with a storage

mezzanine above. The exterior of the building will also be updated. The site work includes a new observation area and the main entry will include a curved metal canopy structure
