The Hunt Library is a noteworthy adaptive reuse project that emphasizes historic renovation through extensive renovations and building repairs. The renovation efforts are centered around critical components such as the exterior glass and aluminum storefront system and trim in order to achieve a refined and polished appearance. Additionally, the project encompasses the construction of new ADA-compliant restrooms that ensure enhanced accessibility for all visitors.
The interior of the library will also undergo updates including carpet replacement, ceiling repairs, plaster finish repairs, and repainting where necessary. Furthermore, crucial system upgrades, such as the replacement of the HVAC system, electrical service, and lighting, will contribute to the overall enhancement of the library's functionality and comfort.
