South Bay Adult School - Multi-Purpose Renovations

The project involves converting the cafeteria into two classrooms with a folding partition wall, removing the existing kitchen, and constructing a new culinary classroom with a teacher demonstration area and student cooking stations. It includes installing new fire sprinklers in the kitchen, building two new toilet rooms and a lobby, and upgrading power, lighting, low-voltage data, fire alarms, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Additionally, the project includes installing a new exterior storefront system at entry points and replacing the roofing.
