Multiple separate subprojects, executed simultaneously, consisting of demolition of two buildings, campuswide sitework improvements, campuswide utility infrastructure upgrades, accessibility and fire alarm upgrades to 11 classrooms, modernization of showers in the gym locker rooms and renovation of the gym.
